Return Policy

Returns 

EWA offer returns for items within 30 days of receipt of shipment. Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment in most cases. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them. Please contact our support department for further assistance. It may take up to 5 days for an item to reach us once you return it. Once the item is received at our fulfillment center, it takes 2 business days for the refund to be processed. You are required to return your items at your own expense. Item has to be returned in the original packaging.

Replacement

If you have received a damaged, defective or wrong item, you can replace it with the same item. Contact us either through our Contact Us page or write us an email to support@ewaspeaker.com

The item being exchanged must meet the following criteria:

* Shipped to an address same as the original order country.
* Not received by you as a gift
* Not an Add-On item
* Not identical to the item being returned
* Originally purchased with a credit card/PayPal
